The online workshop International Coaching for Women includes:
- Six online group sessions of 90 minutes each.
- Small groups: 5 people max.
- Exercises between sessions.
- Exclusive support group with the participants.
- Resource and tools kit: readings, articles, videos and more.
- Personal Action Plan.
- Work Plan after each session (by the end of the process, you will have your own dossier).
- Video recording of every session to make sure you can go back to it every time you want.
The International Coaching for Women programme has been carefully designed and implemented to help you define your goal and find your place in the world.
If you:
- Think about moving to a new country and daring to live the life you want but “something” stops you.
- Feel that “this is not your place”.
- Postpone what you really wish because a great excuse keeps showing up every time you make up your mind.
- Want to start an international (abroad or at home) project but do not know where to start.
- Get dizzy every time you think about moving to a new country on your own.
- Want to meet a group of women who feel and live like you do.
- Need resources and tools to start your journey.

- Duration: 3 months. We meet twice a month (6 sessions of 90 minutes each)
- Small group: 5 participants max.
- Cost: 60€ / 70USD per month (Monthly payment)
Group in Spanish

- Duration: 3 months. We meet twice a month (6 sessions of 90 minutes each)
- Small group: 5 participants max.
